Here at VOZ Mercado, we want both our shoppers and our vendors to feel confident and supported. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy — which means shoppers have 30 days after receiving their item to request a return (7 days for digital products).
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received — unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags or labels.
How to Start a Return on VOZ Mercado
We want to make returns and refunds as simple as possible. Just follow these steps:
- Select FAQs from the links at the bottom of the site.
- On the top of the FAQs page, click on Get Help with an Order button.
- Select the vendor you need assistance from.
This will generate an email form for direct communication with the seller, who will guide you through the next steps.
If the vendor is unable to resolve the issue, the matter may be escalated to VOZ Mercado Support support@voz.us . While each vendor manages its own return and refund policies, our team is here to ensure both sides — shoppers and vendors — feel supported throughout the process.
Damages and Issues
We encourage shoppers to check their order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, the vendor should be contacted immediately through Get Help with an Order. This helps us quickly evaluate the issue and make things right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Perishable goods (such as food, drinks, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Opened personal care, health, or beauty items
- Hazardous materials (like flammable liquids or gases)
- Digital products after 7 days
