2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
By using VOZ Mercado, you agree to:

Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Refrain from engaging in fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or harassing activities.
Use the Site in a manner consistent with its intended purpose.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
When placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout.

Vendors are solely responsible for order fulfillment, including shipping and delivery timelines.
VOZ Mercado is not responsible for any disputes arising from payments or non-fulfillment of orders by vendors.
4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Vendors establish their own return and refund policies, which are available on their respective store pages.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact the vendor directly using the “Get Help with an Order” function.
If a vendor fails to resolve the issue, you may escalate the matter to VOZ Mercado, which will review the dispute but does not guarantee resolution.
5. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendors using VOZ Mercado must:
Accurately represent products, including descriptions, pricing, and shipping details.
Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and fair trade regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and disputes professionally and in a timely manner.
Honor return and refund policies as stated on their store pages.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, and software, is owned by VOZ Mercado or its vendors and may not be used, copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VOZ Mercado acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and does not guarantee product quality, availability, or shipping timelines.
VOZ Mercado is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that transactions are conducted directly between buyers and vendors.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
VOZ Mercado reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
